CMA approves Müller acquisition of Yew Tree Dairy

Müller has announced approval from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) regarding its agreement to acquire Yew Tree Dairy.
Due to complete by the end of October, the acquisition will see Müller use Yew Tree Dairy’s milk powder production capabilities to grow its export business, drive supply chain resilience and secure a positive future for the British dairy industry.
